Mr. Zhang Zhigang, born in Tangshan, Hebei in 1972, served in the Hunan Armed Police Force for three years from 1990 to 1993; in 2000, he went to Tanzania to start a business and engaged in luggage trade; in 2002, he opened a luggage processing factory in Uganda, and then established Uganda Tiantang Group in 2006. 

At the beginning of its establishment, the group has implemented the development strategy of "localization" and "diversification". The group's business now covers 8 major areas: hotel and catering, tourism, manufacturing, real estate development, mineral development, machinery trade, security services and park construction. It has more than 20 subsidiaries. As a diversified and comprehensive large-scale Chinese enterprise group with more than 3,000 local employees, not only the local employment problem has been greatly improved, but the technical backbone and skilled workers trained by the group have improved the overall technical level of local employees;
